About the Author

Evangelist Waiters was born in San Diego, California in 1954. To her, however, life really began when she invited Jesus Christ into her heart and received the Baptism of the Holy Ghost in April 1983.

She honorably served her country in the U.S. Air Force for nearly five years. She later earned a degree in Liberal Arts and a Paralegal Certificate from the University of Alaska Anchorage.

In 1998, Evangelist Waiters founded Saber Ministries, Inc. – a multi-faceted evangelistic outreach ministry.  Initially, internet ministry was the main facet of Saber Ministries and came about out of the frustration she experienced while searching for an anointed place to occasionally submit her own prayer requests.  She discovered that people around the world needed a place where they could submit a simple prayer request without being ensnared by marketing engines designed to build mailing list.  Given that her motivation was not to make money off of people in despair, she clearly discerned a ministry niche by which people could come to her – unsolicited – and freely receive the Word of God.  Consequently, internet ministry provided a perfect medium for her to affordably reach people worldwide who, in some instances, need to access the Word of God privately without fear of experiencing religious persecution or even worse - lose of life.  At the same time it afforded her the ability to walk out God’s call on her life.  Today, Saber Ministries reaches people 24 hours a day and 7 days a week from America to countries like Iraq, India, and Africa – just to name a few.  Saber’s mission objective is to ultimately win souls to Jesus Christ.

Concurrently, God exposed Evangelist Waiters to a season of preaching publicly, then He transitioned her to a quiet time in her life so she could write her first book I Am Not A Victim, I’m A Ministry Gift. This book is a now Word from the Heart of God and reaches out to many of His Saints who, for one reason or the other, have given up on fulfilling their God ordained destinies; have left the Church exasperated and in despair; and ultimately, have given up on God Himself due to the spirit of apostasy. The book also reflects Evangelist Waiters’ passion for winning souls to Christ.

Her ministry has been exposed through local and national Christian television. She was a member of the Love Fellowship Tabernacle Choir under the direction of Bishop Hezekiah Walker.  And today she accepts preaching invitations and continues to pray for the needs of others.
